Specialty Blinds Window Fashions is committed to the highest standards of product quality and customer satisfaction. We proudly offer a Lifetime Limited Warranty on all blinds and shades, ensuring protection against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser as long as the products are installed in residential settings according to our guidelines.

Exclusions and Limitations

Our warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, alterations, or exposure to extreme conditions such as:

  • Excessive sunlight or humidity
  • Salty air or corrosive materials
  • Normal wear and tear (discoloration over time)
  • Structural shifts or Acts of God

Product Specific Coverage

  • Headrail & Brackets: Covered for the product's lifetime under normal use.
  • Fabrics (5-Year): Protection against excessive discoloration or burnout for cellular and roller shades.
  • Wood Slats (3-Year): Coverage against cracking, peeling, or warping.

Product Safety and Maintenance

To ensure child safety, avoid placing our products near cribs or children's beds. Regular maintenance is simple and can be done through light dusting or lukewarm water cleaning (except for wood blinds).

Warranty Claims

All claims must be filed within sixty days of the defect's appearance. To file a claim, contact Specialty Blinds with your name, address, phone number, and invoice number.
